Can a Real Estate Office Use One Marketing Agency for Every Agent?

By James Todman, Founder of AgentHype. Updated October 2026.

The short answer

Yes. AgentHype works with whole offices and teams as well as individual agents. We treat the office as one client, agree how suburbs are divided between your agents, and decide which campaigns run from each agent's page and which run from the office page. Multi-agent offices are priced accordingly.

Agent brand or office brand?

Our default is to build the agent's brand, because homeowners list with people. But the two work together. Strong agent campaigns lift the office brand, and an office campaign can support agents who are still building their own presence. Most offices use a mix.

How we usually set it up

  • Your top agents run from their own pages. Agents with established profiles and volume get their own lead generation, brand and retargeting campaigns.
  • Newer agents run under the office page. Where an agent covers a small area or is still building, the office page carries the campaigns, so the budget is not spread too thin.
  • Listings promote the listing agent. Listing campaigns can run from the agent's page while traffic goes to a shared office landing page.
  • Office-wide campaigns. Seasonal campaigns, market updates and recruitment ads can run from the office page.

Population decides the split

Every area can only absorb so much advertising. A small coastal suburb with a handful of sales a year cannot support $50 a day without showing the same owners the same ads every day. Tell us who covers what, and we will recommend how much each agent should spend to get proper reach without over-exposing the area.

Area exclusivity for offices

AgentHype works with one agent per area. When we work with an office, the office's agreed suburbs are exclusive to that office, and we divide them between your agents as you choose.

Recruitment

Strong marketing is also a recruitment tool. Agents notice when an office's campaigns stand out, and they ask who does them. Offices often use that, and some subsidise the marketing for their agents as a point of difference. We can also run campaigns showcasing your office culture to attract agents.

Who pays?

It is up to you. Some offices pay the management fee and agents pay their own ad spend. Others cover everything. Many principals fund the fee because stronger agent brands bring more listings to the office.

The bottom line

One team running every agent's marketing means one strategy, one brand standard and no agents competing against each other in the same feeds.
