The short answer
Very little, once you are set up. Your time goes on approving ads, filming a few short videos a month if you want them, telling us when you list or sell, and calling the leads. The strategy, design, editing, ads management and follow up happen in the background.
Getting started
Setup takes around five working days. You complete a checklist in the onboarding portal: your brand guidelines, photos of you, the suburbs you want to work in, a few sales results and testimonials, and the angles you are known for. We also hold a short strategy call to understand where you want to be positioned. From there, our team builds your campaigns from scratch in your brand.
Approving ads
Every new ad is sent to you before it goes live. You reply "approved" and it launches. New creative arrives every week or two as we test ideas, so expect a few quick approvals each fortnight. Prefer to be hands off? Tell us, and we can agree how much sign off you want.
Filming videos
Every package includes 3 fully edited short form Reels a month. You receive scripts each week based on what is working across our campaigns. You film on your phone, send the footage, and our video editor returns a polished edit within two to three days. If video is not for you, it is optional.
Listings and sales
When you list a property, send us the address, the vendor's budget and the photos or video from your shoot. When you sell, let us know. We build the listing and sold campaigns around it. That is a two minute email.
Reporting
You receive a performance report every week, with a monthly strategy check-in. Our team reviews your ad account every day, so you are not the one watching the numbers.
Handling the leads
This is where your time should go. Leads arrive by text and email the moment they come in. Your job is to call, book appraisals and win listings. Plan for this. When campaigns are running, you will usually have new leads most days, so make sure you, or an assistant, can call them promptly.
When to bring on help
Many agents bring on an associate or assistant a few months in, to handle follow up calls, early seller signals and liaison with our team. Some of our busiest agents now have their assistant speak with us more than they do.
The bottom line
Think of AgentHype as your external marketing department. You stay in front of homeowners. We handle everything that gets them in front of you.
