- Who the invoice is addressed to
- The business named on the order under "Invoice made out to". That is usually your office, as the account holder. Never the vendor.
- Reference
- The property address, so it reconciles straight against the vendor's ledger.
- How to pay from Australia
- EFT in AUD within 14 days to AgentHype Pty Ltd, NAB, BSB 084004, account 534355949. Use the invoice number as your payment reference.
- How to pay from New Zealand
- Bank transfer in NZD to Agenthype, Wise Payments New Zealand Ltd, account 04-2021-0434667-07. Please pay the NZD amount in full. Use the invoice number as your payment reference. New offices: your campaign launches once payment clears.
- GST on Australian invoices
- Australian invoices can be GST inclusive or plus GST, whichever the agent chose at order. The invoice states the total payable and the GST inside it.
- When the campaign starts
- On the start date the agent chose. The invoice is payable within 14 days from the vendor's marketing funds held in trust.
